Privacy notice
This page covers the free first class sign-up on this website. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
Hotpod Yoga Stourbridge, Unit 5 Newton House, Innovation Centre, Pensnett Trading Estate, Kingswinford, DY6 7YE. We are an independently run Hotpod Yoga studio and we decide how the details you give us here are used. Contact: stourbridge@hotpodyoga.com.
What we collect
- Your first name, email address and mobile number.
- The days, times and experience level you choose, if you tell us.
- Whether you asked for offers and news.
- Which advert or link brought you here.
How we use it
- To arrange your free class: we text, email and phone you to help you set up your account, book a class, remind you about it and follow up afterwards. We do this because you asked us to.
- Offers and news: only if you ticked the box. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP to a text, replying "unsubscribe" to an email, or emailing us.
We do not sell your details.
Who helps us handle it
We use trusted service providers to store sign-ups and send messages: Supabase (secure storage), Textmagic (texts), Google (email), Zapier (connecting these), Cloudflare (website delivery) and Trello (our internal to-do board). Some of them process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
Cookies
This page works without cookies. If you choose "OK" on the cookie message, we use a cookie from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure whether our adverts lead to sign-ups. If you choose "No thanks", it is not used. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the message will appear again.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a member, we delete your sign-up details within 12 months. Ask us sooner and we will delete them straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing stourbridge@hotpodyoga.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
